Ordering Info

Making a purchase online could not be easier. Once you have selected your Vintage Treasure click Add To Basket. This will lead you to the checkout (don’t worry you can continue shopping if you wish) where you will be asked for your details. We accept all major credit & debit cards through Protx, which is a secure online payment gateway. You can also pay via Pay Pal, you don’t even need an account! Or you can pay via cheque, made payable to D.Butler and sent to the address below. Orders placed by cheque will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared and this can take up to 5 working days.

Orders placed by E-Cheque will be dispatched as soon as payment has been cleared. This can take up to 10 days.

You will then receive a Notification of Order email. We try and send out all orders within 3 days but over busy periods this may vary. A Dispatch email will be sent out once the order has been posted.

Please note some items may show signs or ageing or wear and tear, this just means its vintage darling!

Shipping

Uk Orders

All UK orders will be sent out via Special Delivery £5.50, an insured signed for delivery service. A signature will be required upon arrival. Orders placed before 12 noon will be sent out that day. Orders placed after 12 will be set out the following day. 

This service also insurances your purchase if the item is lost or stolen in the post.

International Orders

All International Orders will be sent out via recorded signed for service, £5.50. A signature will be required upon arrival. Delivery times vary country to country, but we aim to process your order as quick as possible.

Please note The Vintage Jewellery Co cannot be held responsible for any Custom Charges. We have no control over these, sorry!

All shipping guidelines are supplied by the Royal Mail.

Packaging

All products come gift wrapped in our signature black  VJC boxes.  This service is completely free of charge.

Returns

We hope you love your vintage treasures as much as we do but if not here are a few guidelines. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in a new and re- saleable condition and must be returned in its original packaging. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection as The Vintage Jewellery Co cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.Please email info@vintagejewelleryco.co.uk to arrange for a refund of your order and to obtain a returns code; we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation. Due to hygiene reasons The Vintage Jewellery Co does not offer a refund on any earrings unless they are of unsatisfactory quality. The Vintage Jewellery Co cannot accept returns from the Bespoke Service as these items are custom made for you. Please be aware that goods are returned at your own expense.

Wholesale
